Richard is currently Chairman of 7City Holdings Limited and a non-executive Director of Global Crossing (UK) Finance plc and Lantra Awards Ltd. He has spent the majority of his career within the IT industry, most recently at IBM Global Services where he held a number of senior general management positions. In 1991 as Finance Director he led the MBO of Data Sciences Ltd from Thorn EMI plc before managing its acquisition by IBM in 1996. Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young.

Michael is the Non-Executive Chairman of Ashmore Group plc, a Non-Executive Director of Invesco Japan Discovery Trust plc and a Director of Border Asset Management Limited, Badanloch Estates Limited and Community Foundation Network. He was formerly a Vice-Chairman of Amvescap plc and has held various roles within Invesco.  He brings a wealth of experience from the financial services sector.

Suzanne is a solicitor with extensive quoted company experience whose previous roles include Group Company Secretary and General Counsel at the Big Food Group plc, General Counsel at Wickes plc and Compliance Partner at King Sturge LLP.

Kevin joined Morse as Non-Executive Chairman in 2008 and became Executive Chairman in July 2008. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Micro Focus Plc and a Director of Farnham Castle. He has previously held positions as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Cable & Wireless Plc, President of Motorola Europe Middle East and Africa and President, Motorola Professional Services Group, Chief Executive of IBM UK and Non-Executive Director of The Big Food Group plc.

Mike joins Morse from Data Explorers Limited where he has been acting as Interim Finance Director. Prior to this, he was Group Finance Director of Microgen plc from 1998 until 2007.

Paul joined Morse in 2007. He was a Managing Partner of the Rose Partnership for 2 years and a Partner with PwC Consulting for 18 years, where he held a number of roles, including Head of the Financial Services Practice, European Board Member responsible for People and Knowledge and Global Head of the Insurance practice. He also spent three years with IBM, where he was responsible for business development across Europe for their business process outsourcing practice. Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
